DAY 01 : Cochin

Arrive at Cochin airport or Ernakulam railway station, you will be transferred to your hotel. Later in the day enjoy a half-day city tour of Cochin visiting the St. Francis Church, the Mattencherry Palace, the Jewish Synagogue and Chinese fishing nets.

Day 2: Cochin - Munnar (130 kms /approx. 4 hour drive)

This morning proceed on a drive through the picturesque countryside of Munnar. On arrival check into your hotel.

DAY 03 : Munnar

Enjoy a city tour of Munnar. Visiti the Christ Church, Mattupetty dam and lake. The rest of the day is at leisure to relax in the surrounding of your hotel.

Day 4: Munnar - Thekkady (105 kms/ approx. 3.5 hour drive)

Today drive to Thekkady (Periyar) from the land of tea plantations to the land of the spice plantations. On arrival check into your hotel. The afternoon is at leisure to walk through the bustling spice market in the Kumily village or to visit spice plantations.

Day 5: Thekkady - Alleppey - Houseboat (110 kms / approx 4 hour drive)

Early in the morning enjoy a boat cruise on lake Periyar (boats can be hired directly), to observe wildlife in the Periyar sanctuary. Later drive to the idyllic backwaters of Alleppey and board the houseboat

Day 6: Kumarakom

This morning your houseboat will transfer you to the resort in Kumarakom. Enjoy rest of the day at leisure. Relax yourself in serenity of the beautiful resort.

Day 7: Kumarokom

After breakfast, enjoy rest of the day at leisure. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 8: Kumarakom/Cochin (65 kms, 2 hrs to Railway Station)/(110 kms, 3 hrsto Cochin Airport)

Today you will be transferred to Ernakulum railway station or Cochin airport.
